Saturday Appointments

Instructions

Please carefully read the following before signing up for a Saturday appointment:

• There are no appointments if you visit the lab Monday through Friday; clients are only served on a first come, first served basis. So, if you have trouble finding an open Saturday appointment, consider stopping by our lab during the week or checking this spreadsheet again in the future.
• Available appointments are indicated by yellow cells. Put your name in a yellow cell to sign up for an appointment.
  
  • Please be kind and do not erase other people's information.
• The number of appointments available on a given Saturday is based on how many of our volunteers sign up to work. This number may fluctuate until the day of the appointment. Prior to your appointment, please check the Saturday appointments spreadsheet. If the name your cell is in is grayed out, that means the number of volunteers working that day may not be sufficient to serve you. We have no way to notify you if this happens, so please check your name on the spreadsheet is still highlighted yellow before showing up to your appointment.
• Once you sign up for an appointment, you will not receive any reminder text messages, emails, etc. from us, so please carefully note the day and time for which you signed up! If you are unable to make your appointment, please delete your name from the spreadsheet as soon as possible.
• Failure to show up within 10 minutes after your appointment time may result in you forfeiting your appointment time, so please plan to arrive early to account for unexpected delays.
